24歲的她從2011/6開始健身,她因為氣喘所以她在間歇性有氧的訓練中需要更長的間隔休息時間,我們身體條件比她好多了,哪來的藉口不運動?

"y name is Magen, I'm 24 years old and my husband introduced me to you guys May 2011. I didn't start until about June 2011. Before then I'd spend ridiculous hours in the gym, tried every diet out there, and even more was an emotional roller coaster because I have asthma. I didn't develop it until I was an adult so it's much more harder to control because my lungs have already matured, can't out grow it. I needed a simple solution to lose weight because I was not happy where I was!

My mother is a body builder and she taught me that simple eating doesn't necessarily mean taking all the good foods out of your life, but by moderation and portions, you could have your favorites and be healthy! I trained with you guys religiously and the weight just started melting off. It took me a little longer than most due to my asthma, several longer breaks were needed between rounds, but I pushed through.

Unfortunately I had to stop because it seems it's gotten worse, lungs felt like they were on fire! So I got re-evaluated, took a 4 month break, and I'm BACK! But here are my before and after. The before is December 2009, my worst at 158 lbs and that was my starting weight June 2011. Then after is February 2012 138lbs. And last is current weight 128lbs. I know my progress was slow but it was progress for me and you have no idea how encouraged I felt every time I made it through a work out!

PS: I didn't gain back any weight during my horrible 4 mth go to the tormenting gym break.
